WHY DID YOU CREATE TEAMSCORE™?
Some of the best talent is still unknown and undiscovered. We care enough to give every composer an equal chance to strut their stuff. So we decided to open up our jobs to all composers interested enough to become a member.
WHY DOES MEMBERSHIP REQUIRE A PAID SUBSCRIPTION?
We ask that you take into consideration that it's not free to maintain each composer's file uploads (disk space, and server storage costs), and that we have employees who review each submission. The more composer members we have, the more it costs us to manage them all. Without having a fee, it's possible we could get to the point where we have so many composers working for us we would be losing money, and could then no longer offer TeamScore to composers. So it's vital to the survival of the TeamScore vision, to have each member contribute something towards their presence on the team. On the same token, we acknowledge that we're going to get 99% more out of a composer than any fee they'd be willing to pay, so we've made sure the fee is as low as possible.
